YouTube Sub Tracker is a browser extension that displays recent videos from YouTube channels you choose to follow. Your privacy matters to us — here's exactly what the extension does and doesn't do.
None. YouTube Sub Tracker does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
The following data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's chrome.storage.local API:
This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to us or any third party.
The extension makes the following network requests:
youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml) — to fetch publicly available video data from channels you subscribe toyoutube.com/@...) — only when adding a new channel, to resolve the channel IDlgggg.de/youtube/api/resolve) — only when client-side channel resolution fails; the URL you entered is sent to resolve the channel ID, and no other data is transmittedThe extension reads publicly available YouTube RSS feeds. It does not use the YouTube Data API, does not require a Google account, and does not access any private YouTube data.
The extension contains no analytics, no tracking, no telemetry, and no advertising of any kind.
We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties. There is no user data to share.
All data is stored locally. To delete it, simply uninstall the extension or clear its data via chrome://extensions.
